Why is the START package more expensive than the BASIC subscription?
The START package is an intensive 90-day foundation phase that includes a comprehensive initial analysis, system setup, and close medical and technical support. The higher one-time price reflects this initial, highly concentrated service. The transition to the more affordable BASIC price is our way of rewarding your long-term loyalty.
How do the home tests work?
You will receive an Aivonyx-branded test kit by mail. It contains everything you need for a simple sample collection (usually a small finger prick). You send the sample directly to our partner laboratory using the included return envelope. The results will automatically appear in your Aivonyx app.
What does "Home Service" mean in the ELITE package?
Maximum comfort and highest data quality. Instead of a home test kit, qualified medical personnel will come to your home or office to collect a venous blood sample. This enables an even broader and more precise analysis of certain biomarkers.
Can I cancel the membership at any time?
Yes. After the initial 90-day phase, all memberships are cancelable monthly, in accordance with contractual terms. We believe in the value of our service, not in long-term lock-in contracts.
